This book is a translation of the memoirs of Mr. Donabed Sarkisian.  He was a survivor during the Hamidian Massacres, an Ottoman campaign in the mid-1890’s to exterminate Armenians.  His memoirs were mistakenly attributed to my grandmother.  Upon a visit to Armenia, I discovered this incredible story belonged to someone else.  A dear friend of mine helped me translate this text into English.  Sarkisian’s story illustrates the organized nature and chaos of the Hamidian Massacres in great detail.  A historian in Armenia told me the story was very rare.  It’s definitely worth a read.

Paperback exclusively available on Gumroad.  All copies will be signed and numbered.  There are only 250 printed copies in existence.  No future print copies will be produced.

All revenue will go towards obtaining an Armenian residency card and repatriating to Armenia.
